1984 Fuji Sundance. Seller stated the bike has been hanging in his FIL's garage for 40 years. Looks like it was barely ridden. Love the bull moose bars. This bike seems to fit me like a glove. All I've done so far is take off the reflectors.

n+1 baby!
Sundance is a great bike! Nice Japanese steel tubing and light (but sturdy) fork. Ride and enjoy! I say leave it as is (maybe different tires based on your terrain/comfort preference )
Don’t blame me. I would’ve bought it too.
That’s about the coolest bike that Fuji ever made.
Just keep your hands off that dork disc mmmkay
You don’t need to do a thing besides replacing worn out parts.
Such a great name and in fantastic shape! Very nice handlebars and components. That’ll be a fun bike no matter what you do with it!
I have an ’84 Miyata Terra-Runner that looked pretty similar when I got it. Rode it as-is for while, but these days it leans more toward ATB-tourer than an actual MTB. A fun platform to tinker with, and stable as hell on any surface.
