Can someone identify this sound?

I get a weird schlurrrp sound (yes that’s a technical term) when I put weight into my fork. I am hoping the video has good enough audio to hear it. Doesn’t really happen unless I use my body weight. Haven’t experienced this on other forks. It is brand new and cheap (Rockshox 35 DebonAir 130).

I think it’s the forks fault but I also assembled this thing and it’s my first time so I suppose it could be a number of other scarier things but apart from hearing schlurrrps every time I pop up a curb everything else seems ok.
