Doesn’t look like a stumpy, I think all the aluminum ones had a “S” logo stamped in the rear dropouts. Could be wrong tho. Many of them also had an embossed “S” logo on the gusset where the top tube meets the head tube.
perhaps a serial number could provide more information, most likely under the BB
Cable routing is wrong for a Specialized. You might be able to work backwards from the mech hanger
Trek is my guess
I’d say NO Specialized. Look at the drop-shaped top tube, that might be your hint – together with the dropouts and derailleur hanger.
