you just have to check if everything fits. if every component you have fit in the new frame, you should be good to go

  2. You’ll probably need new fork, headset and stem.

Looks like you’ve got a 1inch on the original bike.

  3. I would buy a new complete, the swap will be awkward for various reasons and most of the components on your current ride will not last long.

That bike is ancient technology. I would never use a bike like that or the parts for bmx. Just riding around sure but if u want to learn some tricks get a newer proper complete bike. Haro, fit, sunday, we the people, stolen, subrosa, cult are just a few brands that come to mind. Completes are not that expensive. You can find a proper bmx on marketplace for cheap also.

  5. Noooope. That’s specifically the part that ISN’T gonna work. Research these 3 things specifically. Bottom bracket sizing, threaded vs unthreaded steerer tube and axle dropout sizing.

Those are the main things that make this type of swap not doable. Lots of things crossover with BMX such as handlebars and seats but good frames and department store frames aren’t built with the same scope in mind. Real frames are made to be used. Walmart frames are just made to be SOLD. That kinda make sense?
