    Make sure the replacement is the same length. Tighten the nipple until the rim is centered at the spot where the spoke broke. Bing bang boom done. 

  2. Salvage spokes from wheels with the same dimensions and same lacing pattern. Be careful to lace replacement spoke properly. Check other spokes for wear.

  3. Good chance the spokes won’t be the same size from the junk bikes. Go ahead and try it, but don’t be surprised if they don’t fit.

    Last time I replaced a spoke I just tightened it down and it looked true still so never made any adjustments beyond installing it. If it’s out of true though just look up the park tool video and make adjustments accordingly.
