No your bottom bracket is either too loose or worn out both cranks are moving together so I assume damaged

They’ve either put in a dead bottom bracket or they haven’t put it in correctly – there should be absolutely no play in a bottom bracket!

Bring it back to the shop immediately

The pre load collar just needs to be tightened. The 3 little set screws on the non-drive side need to be adjusted evenly to take out the play. Probably should take it to a shop to verify

Totally normal for a press fit bottom bracket.

The only correct answer to this is to take it back to the shop. No, play is not expected in a bottom bracket, it should spin more or less freely and be tight in all other directions.
The reason taking it to the shop is the only correct answer is because they fucked it up. It’s an easy fix if they did it right but the moment you mess with it, it becomes your problem, not theirs.

My crank moves a lot more when I play with it.

The normal amount of play in your crank is zero. Your bottom bracket is toast.
