🗣🗣🗣on my EAI Gold Cog the world is a better place if you require ebike’s over a certain CC and max speed limit to be registered + insured like a motorcycle. Forget that “does it have a pedal” rule they go by, its either fast enough to be a motorcycle/vespa, or its an ebike. No in between.
