Let me know your thoughts! I am looking for a mid-range road bike to train and compete in triathlons with. I’m not sure the first bike is ‘08 but based on research it seems most likely. First photos are the trek, the last 2 are the giant. I’ve reached out about the giant and gotten ghosted so far so also if they’re both good deals (or both not) let me know. Thanks!!!!

You’re right, Trek would be 2008 at the earliest and is a nice bike, but seems price high for a 15+yr old bike. I’d usually vote for the newer bike (Giant) which would be a safe bet, but the Trek looks great and has the quality dura-ace groupset and Kysrium rims of the time. See if you cam get the price down and be sure to inspect the carbon frame/components in person.
