Hi all.
I'm not new at repairing bikes but I don't know how this disc is called so Google can't really help me.
It makes a lot of noise when going over bumps and ir annoys heheh.
Any tips would be appreciated

I think that is the heatsink for a Shimano nexus roller brake. There is a thread here talking about a similar issue caused by a worn o-ring

That’s the heat dissipation disc of your front brake (roller brake hub) but I have no clue if some play should be considered “normal” for these
Is it rubbing while driving?
There is no problem, the heatsink is supposed to be moveable if the brakes are not applied.
