    Maybe apply a bit of heat before bending it back, it doesn’t look too badly damaged. If bending it back though, be careful not to affect the alignment of the derailleur hanger. Also make sure its strong enough to securely hold the wheel in place as you don’t want that coming off mid ride 

  2. I would not recommend bending it back. Aluminum fatigues massively when bent (especially when being bent twice) and riding that frame after bending it back is basically Russian Roulette. I wouldn’t be willing to gamble that hard.
