Love Waterton to CT. Some great spots up there and its a nice overnighter.

With the Good Grief DOTI OG version of the ride cancelled due to injury, illness, and weather. I decided since I was already packed up, I would head out and do a version here locally. I headed out on the Highline Canal from the Littleton area, rode some singletrack through Chatfield State Park, up Waterton Canyon, to the CT and camped not far past Lenny’s Rest on the Bear Creek Trail. Rain held off until dark. Morning was cool but beautiful. I returned the same way in the morning.
