I recently got my old bike tuned up after 5 years of it sitting. On my first ride back on it, I had to stop short bc of a pedestrian not paying attention and I hit my groin on the top tube. This is how I discovered this bike, at 58cm, is too big for me despite being 6'2"

Now I'm looking for a smaller frame, and I'd rather not spend more than 200-300 on it. I wish I realized it sooner, with the cost of a frameset and the money I've already spent I could've just bought someone's nicer complete. I'm not sure what's the most cost effective solution right now.

I'm considering either a 54cm or 56cm. There's a tyrant beastie available near me at 54cm (last slide), he's willing to just sell the frameset. If I could get it for $200/$250, would that be worth it? And would my parts fit? I've included another pic of some parts I got recently at a bike jumble (Shimano sora brake is too short for my current frame). It's currently set up as single speed but I'm also considering going fixed, so I'd like to make sure my options are open there too
