Quadlock is pretty much the only mount I’d trust to hold my phone if I needed it on the bars. Capable of various configurations. Not familiar with that handlebar but it doesn’t look like there are any mounting points built in.
That said, the real best place for a phone is jersey pocket or bag and use a bike computer instead. I think there’s mixed opinions but in general the vibrations, especially on unpaved trails, isn’t good for the phone camera.
