If I convert that to Euros and check what I can get here in Paris, then yeah, nice price. Another way to look at it : can I easily get more bike performance for that amount here ? No, not easily.
This thing will be stiff, light, relatively fast, it has disc brakes and DI2. So I’d say it’s pretty modern and future proof, not to mention uiit has less proprietary stuff than most carbon race bikes.
Now of course used markets are pretty local dependant, you have to do the same kind of assessment in your area of the UK.
Only other comment would to be to be sure you are ready for that pretty agressive geometry and that the bike is your size.
