This winter we decided to go on a training camp in Malaga for two reasons. It is almost the most south you can go in Spain and we had never been there. We are up for another massive day. Yesterday, we had too much highway, too much flat, I guess. Uh so, we decided to go big on the mountains again. 160k with about 3,000 m of elevation. It’s going to be a big one. Seven good hours in the bank. And yesterday was just under six. The overt training is setting in. Let’s get it. [Music] La [Music] You guys wearing [Music] Heat. Heat. [Music] [Applause] [Music] First climb of today. 13ks around 4% average. We’re rolling. [Music] Good bud. I don’t [Music] prime road conditions today. Last year was rough. [Music] [Music] Ah! Almost 3 hours into the ride. Ah, it’s a bit chilly today. That descent was incredible and slack. All right, we move on. Boy, when we had that stop in the city, it was it was so cold. Still pretty dang cold. We we went into two different stores to brow to browse some clothes, but uh then we got too cheap and uh and decided to suck it up. Uh went Yeah, I don’t even know what to say. We’re still rolling. I think this is going to be more of like a point of view video. This is a tough one. So, uh, yeah, physical exertion goes up, creativity goes down. You know how it goes. Heat. Heat. [Music] I’m smashed. Fortunately, we’re on the last climb. Last proper coin for today. Oh, I don’t even know what I don’t even know what to say. Freezing on the last two descents. couldn’t really move the body when it got down, but we got it done.
