I'm trying to remove everything off the forks and frames. Is there anything more to these pegs than just spinning them off? I've never seen these before, also this bike is about 40 years old, I imagine they are irreplaceable.

Ah, they were threaded. I got it. Just dang had to use too much force. Didn’t like it
