I may be freaked out. But I just had my new frame upside down so I could get the SN# off my shock and spotted a weird spot just glancing over it. Does this look bad to anyone? Anything I should worry about?

Not an expert or even really knowledgeable about welding in general, but that looks sketchy to me
They look like impurities in the weld that leave bubbles. I dont see any cracking to worry about.
I’m an aerospace welder. Pretty normal for aluminum. Looks like they had a crater at the stop so they lit off again and filled it in. The wrinkly stuff at the edges is from the AC cleaning action and whoever buffed the frame didn’t get all of it. Nothing to worry about.

Ugly welds are still strong welds.
