It’s day six and it’s very windy and it hopefully there won’t be any rain though, but there is some forecast. So, welcome to the daily drone. Today’s drone footage comes from a quiet road with some shelter. But even this was too windy for the drone who decided to go on strike after about 30 seconds and didn’t make another appearance all day. Today was a bit of a transition day. Most of the trip we’ve been on Eurova 1, but there wouldn’t be time to stick to it for the whole time we were going to get to Bill Bao in time to catch the ferry. So, we had to cut across today on a series of roads. Challenge of the day was to get across this road bridge in rather strong crosswinds. We obviously made it, but it was a bit too scary for both of our likings. Today’s guttered dour was a very high standard featuring a parry breast, a strawberry frazzia and a raspberry and pistachio tart. With the raspberry and pistachio tart, seeing the others off after a battering, windy and rainy trip today, it was nice to get to our hotel by the seaside and enjoy some typical seaside weather. Tomorrow the weather looks much better and we start the day with a fourmile furry crossing. So we’re definitely packing a picnic.
