BUT I found this Specialized Rockhopper Comp 2024 with 2 upgrades, handlebar and the seat is retractable
The guy wants R$4200 that would be like 700-750$
He used a few times in the city
Is it upgradable? Like, can I put a big suspension on it (I rlly dont understand much)
