Same thing happened to me, it’s usually caused by too narrow or incorrectly installed rim tape. Make sure it’s wide enough to curve around the inner edges of the rim (at least 2 mm wider than inner rim width) and apply it REALLY tight so it seals on the deeper part of the rim. Cut the ends at an angle.
If your hands hurt like hell and it’s taking way too long you’re doing it right.

CHeck the tape. If it is too narrow or got pushed down, the air will leak through the seam

You can try re-taping first. But I’m not convinced that is fixable.
