"All the efforts we do". Nothing has changed in the past 6 years (except maybe broken electric velohs). Cycling in most parts of Luxembourg City is still suicide. Cycling paths are still rare and taking a trip from e.g. P+R Bouillon to Krichberg on dedicated cycling paths is impossible as there are none. Mr. Bausch often arrives at the Chamber on his bicycle, which makes me wonder if he really does so (because I think then he would see the problems with biking in Lux. city) or if he has an secondary S-Class for his bicycle which waits on another street to pick him up.
