  1. Strength gives you a lot of amounts of torque you give it to the pedal because the pedal was being push around and delivers the energy ot strength the amount that the bike needs the power.

    In the ohter hand speed has less torque you give it so i will still be 20 to 30km/h and the strength is 26 to 34km/h .

  2. For those at home, it's the same thing for track sprinters, they have both. You develop a lot of strength in gym then you make sure your leg speed is high too. Two combined equals lots of power that all track sprinters have.
