Heya guys, I'm slowly upgrading parts of my WTP Reason, the next part on the 'to get' list is the forks, they came with "SALTPLUS "REASON" fork, 4130 full crmo, butted crmo steerer, 15mm offset".

I have been looking around, unsure if I wanna stick with the 15mm offset or go up to the 20's due to new stem, I won't go anything in the high 20's or above as it felt off for me on bikes I've tried.

I will say now I've already tried looking at Odyssey, but trying to get the R25 in the UK is proving very difficult so my only choice would be the R15, but I've already shorted my stem to the 40mm S&M Enduro so unsure if that would be overkill on shortness for the font end.

Two sets of forks I've been looking at are the:

Animal Street Fork 26mm (also come on 15mm)

Federal Assault 22 Forks (also come in 15mm)

Anyone out there tide these or have any other suggestions? I don't care for weight saving, just need something for heavy street

Any suggestions welcome

  1. S&M pitchforks are the stiffest forks on the market. Odyssey and S&M are about equal in terms of strength, but I prefer the S&M for stiffness. Everything else on the market kinda falls in a tier below these two, but will still be plenty strong for 99% of riders.
