Picked this bike up as a little project yesterday and wheel was way bad with the side to side wobble and a tiny hop. Wheel is missing two same side spokes right next to each other (will be ordering some once I figure out length) first time truing a wheel and just wanted to see if anyone thought I could get it any closer until I get replacement spokes or if this is as close as it will get? TIA!

A lot of that wobble could just be the tire as well
No . But your fine. I dont know if anything is ever true after first session .
