Yup because the cassette was tightened correctly it shouldn’t look like this it never ever wears out. Grease is also highly recommended guess you cleaned it off for photo. Correctly fitted there’s never any issues here

Well these wheels are certainly well used, I hope you’re getting them for a very low price. You’ll probably want to replace the freehub body sooner rather than later.
You can probably slide a cassette on there as is but this’ll just get worse and worse now.
