Recently bought this bike from buycycle and it is priced at 1050€ + 150€ for shipping and buyer’s protection.
It sounds like a good purchase, but I am finding odd that the cable entries are located different than what I see in photos/reviews from the 2021 model.
Can anyone tell me anything about this, please?

Yes, that looks to be a Domane Gen 2 frame, which would place the model year at 2019 or prior. Gen 3 was released in 2019 as a 2020 model. Nice looking bike, though. Really like the wheel and tire upgrade.
