Rutenya sih keren, pemandangannya cakep, tapi ternyata badanku belum siap diajakin kerja keras lagi, hehe.
• Sepeda: Canyon Endurace CFR kesayangan
• Groupset: Sram Red AXS
• Bike Computer: Hammerhead Karoo 2
• Kamera: DJI Osmo Action 4
TIMELINE CERITA DI JALAN:
Biar gampang, kalian bisa lompat ke bagian mana aja di perjalanan sengsara ini:
• 00:00 – Intro
• 00:55 – Berangkat!
• 05:58 – Gravel Grafham Water

We’re starting to enter the gravel section of Grafham Water. It’s like this. It’s actually really interesting. Wow. But if you look at my Strava data… yeah, it’s pretty sad. It’s pathetic. My legs gone. Okay. So, today’s goal… is 100 kilometers. But I’m not sure if I have the strength for it. Because for the past month or month and a half… my cycling has been pretty half-hearted. So I haven’t done any long distances. So I haven’t done any long distances like this. So, yeah. This is like the first time in almost a month and a half. So, yeah, my fitness… isn’t that great. So, wow, shoot. uh, yeah my fitness isn’t that great. And it’s been a while since I’ve cycled long distance. But, well, let’s just give it a try. So, we’ll just see how today goes. Anyway, the goal is 100 km. So I’m following this busway to an area called Grafham Water. That’s about 50 kilometers one way. After that, I’ll circle… uh… circle the lake. Grafham Water is like a big lake. So I’ll ride around it, then maybe stop at a cafe for a short break. Then I’ll head back, so that’s another 50 kilometers. So, yeah. Today’s target is 100 kilometers. We’ll see how it turns out. Let’s go. Kilometer 10. In the Northstowe area. So far so good. But it’s only 10km, so it’s okay. 10km is still fine. But, yeah, the weather is nice, and it’s actually quite windy. But I think the wind is coming from the side, so it’s not too bad. So, yeah. Kilometer 20. And I’ve… already started, wait… but I’m starting to sweat. Sweating, and it’s dripping from my helmet. So, yeah, let’s keep going. I’ve reached St Ives. This is roughly the halfway point to Grafham Water. Okay. Crossing the St Ives bridge. A quarter of the way done. Oh, no, 23 km. Well, almost a quarter. Gonna go past on your right. Yeah, yeah. Okay, 30 kilometers. I’m not sure which town this is… but it feels more urban now. Okay, 40 kilometers now. Getting a bit tired. But I’m getting close to Grafham Water. Getting close to Grafham Water. Grafham Water has a small gravel section. So that makes it more interesting. 40 kilometers, quite tired, but it’s not too bad. As long as I keep eating, I should be fine. Okay, let’s keep going. Ah, looks like we’re starting to enter the gravel area of Grafham Water. So, I need to find the entrance. Ah, here’s the entrance. Let’s go. Alright. We’re now entering the gravel section of Grafham Water. It’s like this. It’s actually really interesting. And I’m on my Endurace, so it’s still okay to use on light gravel like this. Yeah, but, yeah it’s going to be interesting. This is probably the most interesting section of the route from Cambridge to Grafham Water for me. Let’s go. Wow. It’s like being at the sea. The lake is huge. Even though, if I’m not mistaken, this is a man-made lake. So, right now it’s August… no, September. So in the UK, June, July, August, and September are the summer months. And summer is usually holiday season. So people go on vacation… oh no, which one? So people go on holiday during the summer. And that’s what I did, I went on holiday with my family for about 3 weeks. And because of that holiday, my cycling became… lazy. So if you look at my Strava data… yeah, it’s pretty sad. But it’s okay, it was a different kind of experience. So, while I usually cycle, on holiday… my family and I went hiking. So even though it’s not as intense as cycling, I still got some exercise. So, because it’s been a while since I cycled, now I might be less fit or weaker when it comes to cycling. So yeah, today’s goal is to get back into cycling. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. We’re close to the cafe now. I’ll stop there for a bit. Time to rest and get a drink. Oh, the GPS is confused. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay, I’ve just finished a short break at the cafe. I got a cake and an iced coffee. So that’s a nice energy boost. Now, I’m exactly at 50 kilometers, so I’m heading back to Cambridge. So far so good. Because I’m not going too fast, not pushing myself too hard. So my stamina is still holding up. Okay, let’s keep going. 60 kilometers. I’m starting to feel it in my legs. My legs are starting to feel sore. But, it’s okay. I have to keep going, just keep pedaling. 80 kilometers. My speed is dropping, and my legs feel more and more sore and tired. But there are only 20 kilometers left to Cambridge. to Cambridge. 90. 90. 90 kilometers. 10 kilometers to go. These last 10 kilometers will take me through the university and the Cambridge city center. So it should be a more relaxed ride. Man, my legs are so tired. My legs gone. But we need to finish, finish the fight. Let’s go. I did it, 100 kilometers. Man. I’m so exhausted. The first part was fine, up to 50 km was okay. 60, 70 was still okay. But at 80, I really started to feel the fatigue. From 80 to 100, my speed was all over the place, only about 16 to 19 km/h because I was too tired. Um, the plan now is to train more regularly. Because the holiday is over, it’s time to get back to training. Alright, okay. That’s it for this video. Don’t forget to like, comment, subscribe, and so on. Bye!“`
