I Noticed that my WTB Resolute tire has part of the edge of the bead missing / worn off. Possibly due to tire lever?
Is this fine to ride, or should I replace it?

You’re fine. Ride it until that actually causes a flat. Save your money until then.
Idk, it looks like it is 700×42
Is it running tubeless? If so, I’d change it. You need a full bead to keep tubeless tyres seated, else risk it blowing off cornering etc.
I’d ride it.
