Facebook Twitter LinkedIn Pinterest Bluesky Threads I just bought a generic crank extractor that didn't specify any sizes so I assumed it was a universal fitting, but the inner thread is too narrow. Am I doing something wrong or did I get the wrong tool? by Mattogen Bicycling Bike Bike Repair Biking Cycling Repair

bound_tied on September 14, 2025 10:18 am Use a 5p if you’re in the uk to convert a square taper puller to isis ( like you have ). Basically any coin / thin metal disc that will cover the axle and not the splines of the crank 😊
