Hi, we are Stephen, Jess, Hunter and baby Koa – an Australian family who have had quite the journey. After travelling the world as a couple in 2020 we had our very first baby, we then spent the following year self-converted a van before moving into it full-time to drive around Australia. Cut to 2023 we welcomed our second child Koa into the world before resuming full-time travel around the world.

This video is brought to you by Squarespace. So, you guys are probably wondering what we are doing in the area of Puglia here in Italy. Well, we’re going to be cycling for the next week through this beautiful part of one of our favorite countries. It’s just our family, couple of bikes, some cheeky gelados. Cheers. This is what we traveled all that distance for. We’ve never done a trip like this before. Actually, I might have lied there. We did attempt to do a trip cycling across three countries in Europe and it failed. So, uh this is the redemption trip. Good morning everybody and welcome to our first official day here in Italy. If you caught the last video, we just had the most insane travel day going from Australia on Monday and landing in the bed right here in a place called Locarata in uh an area called Pulia, which we’ll tell you more about. But if you’re wondering where in Italy we were, they say Italy looks like a boot. We are currently on the heel, but I’ve just made a coffee. Nothing beats waking up for sunrise, having a coffee on a rooftop here in a very small Italian town. We got a fun week ahead for you guys. Yucky. Daddy, daddy. Good morning from Italy. We have just woken up in Italy. It’s an area called Puglia and our little town is called Locorando and it is just gorgeous. We stayed in a little B&B last night in the town. There are no cars in sight. It’s all just pedestrian walking. If you have kids that like to run around, come to a place that has no cars inside its town. This is actually so nice that K can just run around these streets and we can just follow him and take it all in except when he gets too far. We found out that we can go and have Brekie just around the corner. The B&B we’re staying in just told us to come to this address for breakfast and I feel like we’re breaking in cuz we come in, no one’s around, but we found breakfast and it’s very cute. We’re like, “Oh, thanks for the yummy breakfast. That was delicious.” No, this is the spot. Don’t worry. This is the spot, Mom. You okay? Honestly, as cute and quaint as that a little like I’m sitting on top. It’s right here. You can just see like this is where breakfast is beautifully shaped. Just reminds me how much I love this part of Europe. It’s just so beautiful. And I’ve decided to bring my coffee upstairs because not every day you’re on top of a small semiwalled city, I suppose. What a way. This is two for two coffees on a rooftop. M nice. Someone ordered a ripped up croissant with Nutella for dips. Oh, that’s mine. Made exactly what was requested. Now, this is kind of cool to eat at. All right. I feel like it’s become a tradition at this point to share every time we have our first breakfast in a country we get to. So, here in Italy, I feel like they had lots of cake, don’t you think? Yeah. Lots of cake. Lots of cake. An assortment of meat on a plate. Croissants. Lots of Nutella, which Hunter is happy about. I feel like whenever she thinks of Europe, she thinks of Nutella and gets excited. But yes, let’s see. It was at a B&B, so we’ll see if that continues on every place that we go to. We may be having cake every morning. And this is why the kids were singing happy birthday. They think it’s a birthday party. [Music] All right, guys. First bit of the cycle trip. You excited to the bike trip? Yeah. Yeah. All right, let’s buckle you in. Oh, I love your stitchy helmet. Did you pick that one out? Oh, yeah. What are you most excited for about this trip? Uh, gelato. Do you remember where we did bike riding last? Uh, yeah. Where? Oh, I forgot the name. China. Oh, yeah. China. Feel sad that we didn’t get to spend so much time in this little town, but you got to have a start and you got to have a finish somewhere. But I would highly recommend you guys check this place out, even if it’s just for a day trip. All righty, everybody. Welcome to our first official kilometer on this trip. Ah, Jess was just saying, I can’t believe the vision has finally happened. We thought back in January to do the cycling trip. Feels good that we are on the roads. We just left the last town and we’re actually backtracking a little bit cuz there’s a very famous town to come and see when you come to the Puglia region. 35 minutes backtrack and then we’ll start our actual journey. There you are. You liking them so far? Yeah. Do you remember what hand we have to put up when we’re turning? So, we’re going to turn that way. So, do you remember which hand to put up? Yes. Got your turn signals down. Mommy, you need to put your hand out. Look at that. Cycling near olive trees. We kind of were like once you leave the little town, it got very industrial, but I think we’re going back out and it’s looking beautiful. First roundabout. I know. I didn’t know there was going to be a roundabout. All right. All right. Let’s go. Okay. And then indicate this way. Yeah. Overtake. Whoa. Do you want to say hi to the kitty cat? Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. Meow. See, kitty cat. Aren’t these just the perfect little roads for bike riding? It’s now taken us to these little side roads and there’s just beautiful brick, what are they called? See stone walls. It’s so unbelievably beautiful. So quiet and peaceful. This morning was a little rough. We’ve been testing Coa out, making sure he would wear his helmet every day. We were doing it at home as well. But this morning, of course, the day where it’s really crucial that he wears a helmet. He was having nothing of it. Getting so upset. Had such a big breakdown. probably just cuz he’s tired from all those days of traveling that I ended up putting him back in the trailer and he’s asleep. So, I think he’s going to sleep it off and fingers crossed when he wakes up. He’s vibing it and he’s happy. But yeah, it was a struggle to get going. But now that we are out, he’s sleeping. Hunter’s very happy. Going to take it all in and enjoy. Bye. Keep noticing these signs. I’ve got like going on my phone for the moment, but we can see that it is pretty popular here if they’ve made some cycle routes. There we go. Look at all the people here compared to the other town. This is the most popular place in this area. And you can see why. Look how stunning that is. [Music] We’ve got to get one of these magnets. Look. So, these are like the little everywhere around here. I think we can get one of these. Now choose strawberry. I see what would Nutella [Music] Stevie went for Nutella pistachio. Every single day we’re going to be trying gelato on this bike trip. And Hunter and I have decided we are never allowed to get the same flavor. So every day different flavor. And I’ve got pistachio and I’ve never had pistachio gelato before. Ever. Let’s see. Evan raves about pistachio. It’s very pistachioy. I’ve never had pistachio anything before. Why are people obsessed? Two out of five. Two out of five. Yours five out of five. I already l Oh, Nutella. Five out of five. All right, Hunter, what are you getting? What flavors did you choose today as your first place? Strawberry and chocolate because they didn’t have mango. And what would you rate it out of five today? 100 plus a million. You want to taste my one? Can you try pistachio? Yeah. I give it zero out of zero pistachio. Me, too. Kobe, can I have a taste test of yours, please? Taste test it all up. Do you want to taste mine? Yeah. We can all wash our hands here. Sticky. And we can actually fill up our water bottles here. Do you want to fill up our water bottles? And then kiddos, can you wash your hands in your face? Hey, wash, wash, wash. Feel like from all the places we’ve recently going to, we call it buggy water when we don’t want the kids to drink the tap water. And Hunter, whenever she has a bath, she was like, “Is this buggy water?” to see if she can put her head under. And just then, she was like, “This isn’t buggy water.” Like, “No, not in Puglia. You can drink the water.” When you look up Puglia, you see this town. And now you can see why this place is so unbelievably busy. All right, we are heading off to the next town. We’re kind of spacing it out where we’re only cycling like 30 to an hour max and then stopping at the town. So, we’re going to leave here, cycle for about an hour, and head to a spot for lunch. Guys, what a nap and a gelato can do. Look at Coa. Hi, Coa. Hi, Kobe. Hi, Kobe. [Music] Dad. Cheers. Cheers to day one. Almost finished it. We’ve done well. Cheers. And where were you on that part of the bike ride? I didn’t see you anywhere. In the trailer. What were you doing in there? I And I ate some chips and I was leaning onto the chips and then I moved to the bag. My goodness. Hunter, your noo-noo came. It was actually really nice. They’re like, “Would you like me to just put together pasta and French fries?” I’m like, “Sounds good to me.” Here it is. Oh, how good does that, guys? I just love how they just like, “Let me quickly bring you out kids food.” And 2 minutes later, the kids have pasta. Hunter, is it hot or is it okay? I didn’t. You haven’t tasted it yet. You tasted the plate. Oh my goodness. It’s here. Does Italy have edible plates? And they say they’re going to give us chips. I have a lot of chips. All right. You have to do a taste test and let us know what you think. You’re the first to try it. Yum. For real, huh? Yeah. Yeah. It’s our first time trying ori. Mom, try it plain. Try it plain on Try it plain. I know. We’ve got one where it’s tomato sauce, basil. I know ours is a little bit different, isn’t it? It’s got the tomato sauce, but we’ve also got some basil and some cheese. Are you ready? [Music] M. The cheese is really good. It’s like very Now try playing one. I’ll try one of mine. You need to try one of yours. All right. Look delicious. Let’s see. I would give it 10 out of 100. Yeah. Yeah, the cheese makes it. Steve, have you had this type of pasta before? I don’t think so. It’s quite like thick, like thick and dense, but the cheese is so good. Oh my gosh. I cannot wait to try that though, Steve. Yeah, this one looks good. It’s pasta stuffed with bara and then underneath it’s cherry tomato. Can I steal one? Yeah. Ooh, I feel like I need to do a cherry tomato dip. I think you need a cherry tomato tomato dip. Yum. Which do you prefer? I prefer I’m a sucker for a stuffed pasta. For a stuffed pasta pasta, but the cheese is so good. The cheese is so good. That’s my Italian food review. That’s my Italian food review. Why do I have the most beautiful mom in the world? Why is the beautiful in the world? Why isn’t a stinky butt? What? Why is daddy stinking? Why is that? She’s on to you. Oh no. Oh no. Steve digging. Steve digging. Tiramisu. Whenever there’s homemade tiramisu on the menu, I can’t resist. Tim. And then this one was lemon sorbet. So I got a little lemon sorbet. Oh man, that is so good. I wish I had this in the back like of my bike and I could So yum. I think that’s sweet. It is quite sweet, isn’t it? It’s like sweet and sour together. And my tongue feels like a lemon. Yeah. Your tongue feels like lemon cuz this is made of lemons. Mhm. Now, this has coffee in it. Did you want to taste it? So, you can have a taste. I don’t think it would have that much coffee, doesn’t it? I think. Oh, no. It’s good, isn’t it? Yum. Tad finds it hard now cuz he has to try and get in there with the dessert. He has two people now that are obsessed. M I think lemon sorbet is my favorite. Yeah, lemon sorbet is your favorite. It’s super nice. It’s like really refreshing. You going to save us some, mate? Is that a no? [Music] You all ti without me had a bite. You clearly had a bite. Look all over your face. What’s on your What’s on your face right now? Covered in terramisu. What do you mean no tiramisu? Oh, no. I mean I just had two bites. I think you had like five bites. Oh, no. I had three. [Music] Oh my god. Should we What is next? Um, should we hop on the bikes? Yeah, I think let’s go to the hotel and play. Okay, we can hotel and play. [Music] And Nicole, do you know how to make a wish? You blow it. You blow it. Go blow hard. really hard. Impossible. It’s impossible. It’s not impossible. Watch mommy. Three, two, one. What has been impossible? I’m doing it. Can you make it? Where is it? You say on me when the day comes and you down [Music] and around. I think so. When I was uh planning this, this was all very last minute. And so basically, I just made a route and then booked the hotels that was ever left. So, I don’t know what this place is going to be like, but it was available a week before we arrived. So, let’s check in. We did it. Smashed it. Oh, I got my brakes on. There we go. Yeah. Has faith for the hotel because she just said that it looks like a hotel that will give out free juice. And that means it’s a fancy. Yeah. Should we go see if we get the free juice? Yeah. Do you have a good feeling about it? See, by the way, turn around. I do see a menu of juices that we can order. I see a ginatonic juice. An averal spritz juice. That sounds good. But anyway, come on in. Come on in. We’ve just arrived at our hotel and look what is here waiting for us. Pretty cool. All luggage. And you’re probably wondering, “Wow, guys, did you pull all this luggage with you today?” We didn’t. There is a service at the bike shops here where you can choose to get them to transfer your baggage hotel to hotel. So if you’re coming here, how epic is that? You can just enjoy your day. Cycle. We do have a bit of luggage with us. How we have to haul the kids, but not having any luggage with us is a game changer. So we’ve just come into our room. Here’s all our bags. Hello. Did you order drinks? [Laughter] Yeah. Yeah, we got to be very careful. Here’s your juices. Wow, a lot of juice. Thank you so much. That’s great. Thank you. Oh, guys. Oh, cheers. Cheers. Cheers. Cheers. Oh, Steve, you read my mind. Oh, Steve, I haven’t had a roll back since we were in Tuscany. Yeah. How good. Oh, guys, what a way to end our first day cycling. Very proud of us. Yeah, very proud of us. Cheers. Cheers. Oh, this is yum. Cheers. It’s what you do that makes me feel that I’m finally home. That I am loved. Start day two with a little bike tour. So, these are our bad boys. This is the first time we ever cycling with ebikes. They are a game changer. We are going up a hill on turbo mode and just riding up. It is so good. Especially if you’re carrying kids in the back. I feel like we couldn’t do it without them. But yeah, it’s not cheating. It’s a necessity cuz this like trailer itself I feel like weighs 20 odd kilos. Add two kids, add a backpack with camera gear. I was like pulling 50 60 kilos back there on these hills. I had it on turbo on like gear one and I was sweating. See, it’s still a good workout even though it’s ebikes. But last night we charged up our batteries and they last all day. They are massive. This is actually our first time riding ebikes. I didn’t even know how they worked before. But so now we’re going to pop the batteries back in. They are so chunky and heavy. It’s crazy. So you chuck it back in. No, I think there needs to be a click. There you go. Thanks, Dad. We needed a click. And then we chuck this little doovie back on. Okay. And then we lock it up. How do we do it? Y. First time doing this, guys. Sorry. Here we go. Lock it in place. Cool. We are sorted. What else? So, ebike. We decided to go for seats in the back and a trailer. And I think that has been so good with the kids because it means if they want to come sit out, enjoy the views with us, they can. But if they’re tired or just want some time out of the sun cuz it is quite sunny. We decided to go for a trailer. So, one of the bikes has a trailer and then it has like a little kind of flat that goes over to get them kind of out of the shade, but they can still see. And they both have seat belts. So, they’re completely buckled in. Got their helmets. And what also I like about this is in the back there’s a whole pouch that actually fits our camera bag. So we can store a lot of things in here. Snacks for the kids, water for the kids, activities for the kids. So that’s been great. And then looking at the front of the bikes, we have these little bags where we can get like little bits like it’s got our um phone, our what is it called? Like our lock to lock up. Even a thing to change our inner tube if we’re feeling really fancy. To be honest, I think I’ll just call the bike shop and be like, “Please help us.” So there’s that. And then the last thing, which I think is really cool, is the bike shop provided us with these little GPS phones. So on here is our route for the day. And then what you do is you just click it on here at 1:00, I think. And you twist it to 12. At 1:00, twist it to 12:00. And then you got your GPS right here. It talks to you. It knows exactly the route from hotel to hotel. Makes it so easy. And got a trusty water bottle. And that’s about it. But to show you what we’ve been working with today. Change gears by twisting. didn’t know how to do that. Learn how to ride a bike to teach me. Jess is way fitter than me and she’s like struggling back there. I was like, “What are you going up the hills?” She was like in five. I was like, “You need to drop that to like 2 1 booster mode.” I did not know how it works. And then look, oh my gosh, that’s so funny. I turned on the ebike. It’s already on turbo. Let’s just put that down. So, you go down to it. So, it goes these are the modes. So, eco will get you 147ks if you stay on a little nudge. Yeah. It feels like someone’s just giving you a little push, but it goes up and up if anyone is ever interested. Then it goes to tour sport and then turbo. Turbo is my favorite. But let’s hit the road. Day two. Wish us luck. Dad’s gone to get Coa. He either loves the idea or hates the idea of this. Woohoo. It’s going to be so exciting today. We got the pool, we got the beach, and we got our second day of trying a different flavor of gelato. Oo. What gelato you going to get, buddy? Do you want mango? Yeah, I want mango. I want mango. You want mango? I want mango. I haven’t had mango. Mango. You’re going to try mango. [Music] Mom’s the best. Day two. Day two. Let’s go to the pool. So, today’s goal is to head towards the water. I can see the ocean in front of us. I don’t think it’s a crazy big drive, but this little town next to us is so beautiful. Waking up this morning, having a coffee and just watching the sun slowly rise over this town. It’s just giving minister vibes from Lord of the Rings. It is just they just built cities so cool back in the day. You having a snack break? Yep. What do you got? Popcorn. Is it good? Got my turn buddy. Turn signal buddy. Thanks, Hunter. Oh, it’s picking us up. Uh, so far of the one full day we’ve done is that you’re on the main road to get into the city and then once you are traversing between the two cities, you come down these little roads, olive gardens, stone walls, you get the odd like local car coming down, but for the most part it’s just us. Like there’s no one here. Beautiful trees. We also left a little bit earlier. Well, similar time actually. gets really hot midday, but just after 9, like 9:40. Chopped up our water bottles and we’re off. No matter what comes my way, I’ll be walking on sunshine. [Music] sunshine and it feels so right. So cute watching Hunter and Steve do the little indicating together. Yes. I love when we get out of the towns and we are on these beautiful little quiet roads. We see maybe one or two cars the entire time. But today 24ks and we got 21 to go. So we’ve already done three. And I feel like today is going to be a lot of downhill because we kind of started up in the mainlands up at the top in those towns and today we are heading to the coast. [Music] All righty, guys. I think jet lag has hit the kids. They are both zonked out. I think it’s just like a combination of the jet lag and then I feel like the bikes just get you tired. Yeah. Like it’s just the sound of the wind and their cicardas. It kind of drowns you to sleep in here. It’s all bumpy. Oh my gosh, they look so cute to the back. But this little trail here is going to take us to the coast. I can kind of see the water. Oh, I just can’t believe we did it. Did a good job. Hey everybody, hope you’re enjoying the video so far. Check in early. I know. Room was ready. And then she said that there was a pool. There’s a beach. There’s a restaurant on the beach. We get two free umbrellas, two free chairs. We ain’t leaving here. Yeah, we’re not leaving. We’ll spend the day here, that’s for sure. All right. Can I go inside? And luckily, I’ve packed our swimmingies cuz our bags don’t think we’ll be here yet. Nah. Oh my goodness. They’ve given us all the beds. Hey, look. They gave us a free computer. They gave us a free computer. I think that might be the TV. That’s the TV, I think. But have a view of the water. Wow. They’ve given us two extra beds. We should push them all together with this huge sub. 100%. Guys, we have views of the Oh my Steven. What? The beach. Look at this beach. See the pool of the beach. There’s so many people out there just enjoying. Oh, look at Italian summer. Look at this. Oh my gosh. How good is this, guys? Wow. So, yeah, we started the day in ONI. This place is called or I haven’t looked up how to say it. Tori Carne. And we got a view of the town. This is so beautiful. Yeah, we can see the town from afar and then tomorrow we can explore. Perfect. All right, let’s go down there. Who wants to do a beach day, pool day, pizza at the beach, gelato at the beach? [Music] Come, Dad. It’s so lovely. So lovely. All right, guys. This is what we traveled all that distance for to come and have an Italian summer. I was tired of my lady. This is so nice. All right, I’m jumping in. Like a recall. Oh, guys, this is just so nice. We’re doing pool first, then we’re going to order some poolside food and drinks. And I think we’re going to go check out the beach, huh? Yeah. The Italians knew that orange against blue is the correct combination in summer. [Music] We woke up and Steven opened the blinds and we just saw how beautiful the beach was at 6:30 a.m. by the way and we thought, “No, we’re running down to the beach.” Yesterday was so crowded, we kind of just stuck in the pool. So, this will be our first dip in the ocean since we arrived here in Italy. Looks so nice. So beautiful. Look at these shells, Hunter. Little shells we can collect. Everyone keeps walking past us and saying bonjouro. It’s very fun. Wa! We’re collecting shells. Hunter gets the concept of we find the most beautiful shell, we’re collecting them. Co’s idea is he gets the most beautiful shell, then he throws it back in the ocean. They just have their fun. All right, Hunter and I have come out. We’re going to do our first morning dip. Are you ready? Do you want to count us down? One, two, three. Okay. One, two, three. Go under. We did it. That’s refreshing. This is nice. Yeah. Oh, going for a morning dip in Italy. Wow. Actually, perfect. Like Jess said, come in the morning. We’re still waking up at 5:00. Actually, waking up at 6:00 this morning. Jess was up at 5:00. The sun is nice. There’s nobody around. It’s just you and the beach. Don’t touch the butt. Oh, look at me. I’m going to go touch the butt. Don’t touch the butt. Yeah. One thing that uh is beating us with the jet lag is that we’ve been going to bed super early. So, me and Jazz have kind of been skipping dinners. And then breakfast doesn’t usually start till 7:38. So, we are like ravenous by then. Uh breakfast is 7:30 here. But I’ve just found a cafe. Well, it’s the bar that’s attached to the pool. He’s open and we get to have a coffee in the morning. I’m so excited, mate. I just saw this boy coming out the bushes. Moon hits your eye like a cafe latte in the morning. I can’t believe it. You know, every day we can never find a place that does a coffee. Um, this did I order coffee or foam? He’s a lot lot of foam, a little foam. I said little foam. And then he put it in. He’s like, “Whoopsies, lots of foam.” Like, oh well, you have this one. I’ll have the foamy one. That’s fine. Thank you. Oh, yes. Whoa. Kids are ready for day three. Got the snacks. Bikes are sorted. Kids are coloring. I’m worried we’re going to lose a texture or two. We’ll see how this goes. But let’s hit the road. Wow. It’s now 9:00 a.m. and the beach is absolutely packed. Yeah. You see the water? We got 30ks ahead of us today and we’re going to be cycling along the coast. Then we’re going to stop at a couple of beaches. Like that’s the plan today, isn’t it, Stevie? Gelato cuz we didn’t do it yesterday. Hey, look at this little cafe just on the side. M. That is the spot to buy your fresh fish. That was so cool. Oh yeah, there’s the lighthouse. Oh, it’s the smell of that ocean breeze. This is so nice. So, we just done about 10 kilometers and we just pulled into this cute little seaside town. It’s been so nice cycling along the water, seeing all of the different beaches, but look how cute this little place is. Cheers. Melty, melty. Oh, man. All right. Today’s flavor of choice, lemon. Delicious. Like a lemon sorbet. I give it five out of five. Like a tiramisu. Tiramisu ice cream. I’ve never had this before. Not so tiramisu. Maybe there was a translation issue there. It’s not giving tiram. It’s giving vanilla. Still good. Three out of five because there’s a lack of tiramisu. Hunter, what are you giving your Nutella? Hunter plus 100 plus a million,000. 100 million,000. Okay. I think she really enjoys the Nutella. And Coa Bean, what are you giving your Nutella? What are you giving your Nutella? Hey, good job. Uh, okay. Our first issue with the bike. Steven got his chain off. Whoopsies. What a beautiful place to do it, though. There’s literally a beach over there with all these people swimming. But let’s fix the day. Oh, I’m going to get all black fingers. Yeah. Let me get some wet wipes. While he quickly looks at that, I want to show you. Do you reckon they’ll pick it up from the GoPro? Yeah. Look at this. So, we keep just driving along the road and there’s all these like little mini car parks. All right, we’re bailing on dad. He’s dealing with that and I’m taking the kids down to the beach. Look at these beautiful flowers. A It’s so nice. I love it. You see the beautiful flowers, too? That’s gorgeous. All right, let’s see. Oh, maybe this was a good thing this happened. Maybe we can sneakily go for a swim. Oh my gosh. Look. So, you don’t even swim. Yeah, I packed our swimmers. Look, you just don’t realize what’s there. And then this is what’s here. There’s like a little area here. You can swim this little area. Everyone’s swimming. All right. I feel like I haven’t put a chain back on since I was a kid, I think. Look at this kid. Not sandy enough. We need a little bit of sand. We should just be able to pull it back on, right? Yeah, but it’s been jammed. Oh. Okay. Okay. Yay. All right, let’s put this on. Okay, it’s back on. Woohoo. All right. Broken dreams and more than a couple of [Music] you. What did you find? Hot tub. This This looks like the hot tubing glowy hotel. It does. It looks like if any mom and dads are out there, it looks like the hot tub and the gold glowy. You know, you two actually need to go straight into this because look how dirty they are. This place is so nice. I know. Give them a tour. The website doesn’t make it look this nice. I know. There’s like old pots up there. What? Yes. is like stone roof the bed. Do not touch anything, guys. It’s so dirty. Hands on hair. Yes, it’s only when you’re here. Look at you. Go show daddy how brown your face is. Oh my goodness. Let’s see. Look how dirty you are, Cole. Will you guys playing in the dirt and the dust? We need We need past We need the beach. Welcome to Monopoly. Bit of a chaotic time getting here cuz we’re trying to decide what we should do. And I was like, you know what? Let’s go to the hotel, wash the kids, get our swimmers on. Oh my gosh, look how cool the bathroom is. And look at the show toilet. Look at the fancy shower. There’s jets in the shower. Hunter, there’s a sink in the shower. This place knew we were coming dirty. We going to be able to wash up. Oh my gosh, this is so cool. I know. We got a balcony. Oh my gosh, the balcony. Maybe our bike. The bikes are still there. All right, let’s wash the kids. Get them into a nice outfit. Lunch. Beach 15-minute walk. Oh, nice. I know. Our bikes are down there. Do you guys want to go in the cool jacuzzi hot tub? I think you need to cuz you got so dirty. And then we’ll have pasta and beach day. Okay, mom. [Music] I know. Yeah. How cool is this sink though? It’s €8. But margarita mix. Oh, wait. You got different ones. Yeah. Cosmopolitan daquiri little cocktail mixes. How cool is that? What? It even has the al Oh, it’s the alcohol. It’s just in this little packet. That’s the alcohol. See, it’s a liquid. Oh, yeah. True. It just be a shot. Okay, we need to test that out. Congratulations, toilet. Congratulation, toilet. Like, she said, she goes, “Can you film me doing that?” And then cut to Blueie doing it in the episode. The toilet’s got a ribbon. Maybe it won a prize. Yeah, the best toilet in the world. I congratulations, your ribbon. Well, this feels a bit weird. Where’s the bikes? It actually feels weird walking with my legs. My butt’s happy about that though. That’s for sure. That’s the one thing. My legs have been fine. It’s the butt. Our legs are fine because we’re cheating on ebikes. That’s We are not cheating. I don’t see it as cheating. I see it as the easiest cycle that I’ve done in my life. Okay, you’re you’re using the kids tomorrow, mate. I’m pulling 60k. Keeps offering to do the trailer. I said we can take turns. Yes. We’ve arrived in the town of Monopoly. We’re actually going to be staying here two nights. Um yeah, it was around what 35ks I’d say today. Yeah. To get here. lovely going along. Half of it was along the coast and the other half was back in the olive groves which was so beautiful. But now we’re actually going to explore this city by foot. So yes, as we said before, our plans were restaurant, beach, kids are all clean, tummies are hungry, tummies are very like 2:00 p.m. now. And we noticed a lot of the restaurants, they close here at 3:00 and then reopen at 7:30. And so we kind of eat at around 2:00 2:30 because then the restaurants aren’t that busy yet. And then we’re kind of full enough that we only need a little dinner because I don’t want to wait till 7:30 to eat with the kids because the kids are in bed by 7:00. So that’s been our plan. But anyway, let’s go get I know I’m going to order pasta. I want I feel like some brisketa I think. Briscata. Something like fresh. Oh, this looks nice. Hopefully they’re still serving. It’s pretty empty. All right. So, who wants to go first? Taco. Puck. And then you say maple. Maple. You go. Oh, daddy was the last one. Oh, this looks so good. It’s like a tiny tiny little beach with a little bit like the rocks have just formed a little beach for us. By the way, guys, if you want to know all the spots we’re going to, I think we have an Italy map um you can grab on our shop and we’ll update it with all our Pulia stuff and then you can get all the Doommites, Rome, Venice, all that stuff as well cuz this is a beautiful little spot. Of course, like we’re here in the middle of summer, it’s going to be busy, but if you come here out of season, it might be more quiet. Does daddy need to climatize? Climatize. All right. Should we go up? Yeah. To the blue bits. Yeah. You want my back? Can you say Italy? Italy. Do you want to see if you can see anything under water? I told you. There. I told you there’s tips. There’s more. More. This is the most poop in my life. I know. What’s under there? What do you see? Maybe. So, steal the coffee before it spills. Thank you very much. Oh, the coffee is still hot. Yeah, it’s still hot. Made. Why would you not have this delivered to your room? Cheers is our last day of cycling. Mhm. Cheers to our final day on our cycling trip. Cheers. Cheers. Cheers. Big sa. Good job. That was almost a disaster.

  8. Great to see you exploring this area of Italy. Just a tip for you, kids’ bike helmets need to be firmly fitted so that the front is no more than an adult thumb width above their eyebrows, to be truly protective! Safe travels guys! Cheers from Australia
