Easy everyone. Just another little video for Dave. Just a bit, this is like an interesting one for people like so with ebikes. Obviously, I’ve got friends that are like 87 years old. I gave a guy a go on my bike the other day. I mean, when people are like, “Oh, do you want someone to ride my bike?” I don’t quite understand it. It’s like it’s just a bike. People are not going to bust it. Do you know what I mean? And even if they do, it’s life. move on from it. Do you know what I mean? Like, so there was a guy down the park with his daughter who was actually the granddad and I let him have a go on my bike and he hadn’t ridden a bike for years and he was like, “Oh my god, last time I went out on a bike or got on a bike,” he said, “It messed me up so much that it put me off going back on a bike.” And I get this like that I’ve been at work and I’ve had this really rubbish day. And when I first got an ebike, I had all these people that were basically turning around to me and going, “Cheat. You’re a cheat.” Like, it’s cheating. But what’s cheating to me is not going out at all. That’s cheating. Like when you come home from work and you feel really stressed and you don’t want to do anything, but then you get out on your bike and you go out for this lovely ride and yes, you’re not putting in 100%. Because the ebike is helping you, but it’s also mentally helping you. This is what people need to understand. It’s not always physical. Like you could look at someone who is literally like an Olympian, but they might have um mental health issues. But one thing you cannot and no one can say this that if you go out for a nice bike ride and get a little bit of oxygen into your lungs and you do something nice, even though it’s not helping you, like it’s not exercising you 100%. Yeah. Mentally, it is helping you. And because you’re getting out and getting some fresh air in your lungs, that’s helping you as well. And if anyone else is watching this video out here, I’d love to know if there’s any software or anything I can do cuz I’m dyslexic, so I need help with this here. Is there any software and anything I can do? So, when I’m having a day and I feel like blood sugar levels are a bit high, heartbeat might be a little bit on the erratic side or something like that. You know what I mean? Cuz everyone has these days. Yeah. feel a bit rubbish. How can I do it? I’m presuming the stuff on the Apple I like the an eyew watch. I’m not saying that’s the only watch out there you can do it with cuz I’m presuming it’s not. But what I’m saying is is I want to see that I want to prove that when you go out for a bike ride that it’s basically even on an ebike that this is helping and sorting you out.
