This was a nice bike back in the day. I think it’s a 1988 model, made with a Tange 1 double-butted chromoly frame, and with full Shimano 600 Tricolor (aka Ultegra) components. The “Master” is the less common and slightly nicer variant of Ironman, being a little more desirable than the “Expert.”
In very nice, ready to ride shape, it may be worth $200-$250. But in the condition shown probably $100-$150.
Unfortunately this one is small; it looks like maybe a 50cm frame, I’m a couple inches shorter than you and this would be too small for me.
