Bianchi Pista ~2001 vs Bianchi Nero Pista ~2020

Have the opportunity to scoop up a 2001 Pista frame in my size.. currently riding a built 2020 Pista Nero.. should I buy / swap components? Interested in y’all’s take on this.. tia
