It looks like an S3L. (Low handlebars, 3 gears, mudguards but without rack.)
Cannot see the gear shift lever, but it is probably bunny ears .. sticks up).
The bike is likely to be post-2004, so is the longer wheelbase version of the frame.
Year of manufacture is on a label at the rear base of the seat tube, easiest read with bike folded. There is a 10 digit number, first 2 digits indicating year of manufacture.
Judging by the lack of wear on the rear tyre, the bike is hardly used.
Value? I’ll leave that to others!

Idk but maybe in $550 to $750 range? It’s definitely an older model and white isn’t one of the chase colors. Also seems to be missing a rack and luggage block. Otherwise looks decently well maintained.
