Why, though? Post mount are so much cheaper. Now you paid the flat mount premium AND the adapter.
When you have post mount, just go post mount caliper.

I’ve not had much success with this myself – the adapters I’ve used seem to limit the orientation of the caliper and the pads always rub a little. In the end I’ve always just swapped for post-mount calipers, so I have a number of spare flat-mount calipers for a rainy day I suppose.
