I’m looking at a 2023 Trek Checkpoint SL5. The frame was replaced under warranty. It has Rova Terra C wheels ($1400) and Shwalbe GR-One RX Pros 700×50 ($120). GRX 810. It’s up for $2500 CAD or 1800 USD.
Whatdya think? Are there any concerns about a warrantied frame I’m unaware of? Seems like a good deal no?

No concern from me, but seems overpriced
The used bike market is out of control right now. I’d rather spend a few hundred more for a brand new bike with the prices I’ve been seeing
The bike new was ~3400 USD AFAIK, so 1800 + some nice wheels might be a pretty solid deal for an SL5 as long as it’s in decent shape. I have one and really enjoy riding it.

Great bike though and a solid deal. A warrantied frame is just a new frame
