Which gravel e-bike to choose.

I need get an e-bike for my daily commute to work.
I am actually an 90s mtb guy, so I like big tyres and wide flat bars.
But now I have to ride 10km one way to work, so I decided to get an e bike for that. Would like to stay below 2500€.
I found good deals for:

• wilier triestina hybrid grx1x11 flat bar
  (Grx rd-rc812 / Mahle c35+) = 1976€ on sale

• Merida esilex 400
  (Grx 400 / Mahle c35+) = 2290€

• bmc alpchallenge amp al two (or one)
  (Clues / Bosch cx) = 1999€

I like the weight an look of the Mahle hun bikes.
The Merida can take the biggest tyres which I really like about it, but only grx400
The wilier looks like it has the best build quality an cleanest finish.

Which on would you choose? Or something else?
