Worth it for the price as an entry road bike? I know Schwinn isn't what they used to be.

This was made before Schwinn was sold. I’d offer $100
This bike was actually from the late eighties, when Schwinn was producing some really great bicycles.
This one, though, was quite entry level for the time, and those tires look ancient. A new set of tires is going to be at least $50 for budget tires, and you may need a new pair of tubes ($12,) and that’s just the obvious this you’ll be spending money on. It will likely need a comprehensive tuneup.
Unless you live in a crazy expensive market like NYC or something, to me this is a $60 bike.
