Is this an unreleased frame I just got from stranger?

I just got my Stranger Spitfire frame that cracked warrantied, and Stranger emailed me back saying they can upgrade my frame for free to the Level frame. They sent me a frame with blue stickers and a level sticker on the seat tube. Has anybody seen this bike before or know anything about this or is this an unreleased frame that I just got that nobody else has?
