Just bought this bike and it makes the awful sound when braking and i think it might be glazed but i never saw a glazed brake pad so not sure if that's the case

Well they look like shit. You could try to sand em or just get new pads.
I bet they’re resin and they’re either over heated or caked with dirty oil or grease. Did the rotors get hot? Change color?
About 20 minutes of cleaning could pay of. 🙂
