Feels silly to have a saddle that costs basically what the complete build did but boy is it comfy.
It’s crazy how when switching to fixed, years of muscle memory immediately becomes dangerous. Stoked to get the hang of it, THEN pop off the rear brake.

You need foot retention.
Now I want a blue lock
Why remove the rear brake? It sounds like you’ve ridden it fixed with both brakes, what about that don’t you like?
This looks like a very comfy bike and if it were me, having ridden fixed bikes with low gear ratios and both brakes, I would leave it on there because a) I am lazy, and b) it was actually pretty nice to have both brakes.
