Picked up this Bridgestone Picnica about a year ago. It’s taken a bit of work, but it’s almost finished—just hunting for a front rack now. The stock setup was 14” wheels and single speed, but I’ve upgraded it to 16” wheels and a 5-speed. Super happy with how it’s turning out!

Where did you find the chainring and guard? I’ve been searching for something that large for a similar build.
