  1. The first question you should be asking yourself is: Does it fit?

IMO you should always avoid proprietary parts.

  2. It’s at least 2 years old, hence the pretty hefty discount. If you don’t mind max 45mm tyre clearance and an outdated groupset. I think it’s a decent choice.

  3. No the bike and brand are both horrible. Terrible customer service, and that frame is pretty meh compared to what’s out there today

I snagged an Ultra on a super deep discount last season. I personally love it. It has a different look, rides well, build quality is nice. I have had zero problems.

  5. What website? The text says GRX 2×11, but the pic is of Ekar 1x, which makes me question if the site is legit.

I love mine! So versatile and nimble. Only off the shelf bike in 50+ years I bought which fit me to a tee with zero changes. I did snag mine for $1699 USD on sale last year so there is that, [lol.So](http://lol.So) much fun it’s sick. Ok, so I did upgrade to Zonda GT wheels…

  7. Old frame design at this point.  I’ve ridden mine a ton, and I just squeezed some terraspeed 45c tires in to freshen it up.  I don’t know if I’d recommend it in this day, it’s a little heavy compared to a newer design.  But, if you’re looking for a long term project and are OK with 45c max, it’s fun.
