So I have one Le Col jersey with short sleeves and it‘s definitely not that long. And I‘m somebody with a rather short torso compared to my legs, but maybe the model in the picture is more extreme.
Compared to my other jersey (from Craft) the one from Le Col is a bit longer, but not by that much.
He’s wearing at least one size too big, which is odd if this is the official advertisement.

That jersey is way too big. Did they hire a third party who knows nothing about cycling clothing to shoot this ad? And then not review the photos at all? Makes me feel a bit uneasy about the integrity of the brand tbh.
This ad looks soooo bad!
