I purchased a Grizl CF SL 8 1by in Oregano color from the outlet store but unfortunately it arrived with a crack on the frame. Canyon is replacing it but I am honestly bummed about it because I won’t be receiving the same color replacement. They are offering the following colors: Dried Kelp and Sencha Burst.
Which one would you pick? Or would you request a refund? My final option was to get the carbon frame repaired for $600 by LBS and see if Canyon would issue a partial refund.
