Need help finding what spacer is this called

Hi bromptom community ! I've screwed up and unscrewed this part when taking out the sprockets which I didn't have to. Either way, I've taken out this particular sprocket and it's now bent out of shape… anyone knows what this spacer is called or where could I get a new one?
