The items were each listed on their own line when I was writing this pot. Apologies there’s no clear distinction between each item!
[Ligherpack.com](http://Ligherpack.com) is a great tool for this, and much easier to understand people’s lists. Though it hasn’t been adopted by this group… yet?
Here are my quick thoughts though!
Most of my comments are about weight so disregard if you don’t care.
Those Ortileb panniers are quite heavy, and very large and have a poor attachment system for off road use. I am assuming you will be riding off road primarily because you are posting here.
I would bring way less clothes. Assuming its going to be warm I would pack something like:
* On bike: shorts, boxers (my preference), a long sleeve sun hoodie, socks.
* Off bike: A pair of pants, boxers, a t-shirt, another sun hoodie, another pair of socks.
* If it was cooler, replace second sun hoodie with a thermal layer and add long johns.
I don’t see rain gear/a puffy on your list.
Is the Chromebook important to you? Are you bring a Chromebook and a laptop? Do you need both? Or either?
You could probably charge your powerbanks pretty reliably in Japan do you need both?
You might swap your tubes for TPU with their patch kits, I’d also look at bringing a spare piece of chain, and maybe pliers, some extra sealant and plugs./boots if I were running tubeless, spare bolts for your rack and seat clamp,
