Slowly built in 2008–2014 with mostly "athlete's waste". Just brought it back to life now that I’m working in the city afters years of mountains. Some rust job was done without repainting. New parts are a new set of crank set( Sakra chainring, Campagnolo record crank arms), a sealed bearing Shimano BB (forgot which one),Izumi standard track chain, Nitto B260AA replacing B123 drops, and a set of Continental tires a friend gave me as a welcome-back gift.

This is the only pic I have right now, I'm sorry — the bike’s running freewheel and brakes these days (age caught up with me quick, lol).

Quick question though, in case I decide to go fixed again: when I rode fixed before (after restorations), I had an issue with chain tension being inconsistent — loose in some crank positions and tight in others. What causes that, and how do you fix it? Is it really because the chainring isn’t perfectly round?

Thanks in advance!
