yo Pier I want to learn how to do a back flip so bad I’ll teach you in under a minute make sure to save this start by simply practicing your jump because it’s the first step of the movement easy enough good now put your arms into it but really emphasize it there you go now at the top of the movement tuck your legs in yo I’m ready I’m I’m going to do it I’m going to do it oh relax relax you’re looking good but you’re not there yet oh my bad next practice a bridge it doesn’t have to be the cleanness but just get the idea of going backwards now once you feel comfortable start trying to rotate back on one arm like this there you go as you get more comfortable make the angle higher and higher eventually you’ll get to a point where you’re basically doing a back hand Sprint yo I’m right there nice bro now if you’re ready go straight back for the back handspring all right let’s go I got this there you go now put everything together commit and go for the back flip yo let’s go I’m definitely following you for more tips bro thank you

  1. I know most of you guys are playing about being injured, but fr you gotta be careful 😅. Took me about a month to learn and a gymnast coach was setting me when I went for it.
