On my front fender if I tighten the bolt that holes everything together its impossible to get the fender to hang straight. Its always twisted. Maybe my torque spec is wrong?

I’ve struggled a bit with this too. It’s important that there is a thin washer between the bolt and fender bracket as the video shows too. It looks like it is on your bike but I’m not sure.
This bolt also holds the front brake. The torque spec is 8 Nm.
